This one needed some basic retouching to remove the scrapes and torn area to the left. The image was unevenly coloured, including the rather unnatural green tint to the grass on the right. To remove this the image was converted to greyscale and then sepia tinted again. The lightly rouged cheeks of the boy were preserved. The image was giclée printed and beautifully framed with a double mat board, with a formality perfectly suited to the original image.
